  • How many treatments are needed for PRP?

    Depending on your goals, PRP Facial Rejuvenation can be a one-time treatment, or you may benefit from a short series of three treatments spaced every 4 to 6 weeks. After that, maintenance treatments are recommended about once a year for ongoing results.

  • Is PRP safe?

    Absolutely! Since we use your own blood in this procedure, there’s no risk of an allergic reaction or any other adverse side effects. 

  • Who is not a good candidate for PRP?

    Unfortunately people with platelet or clotting disorders are generally not eligible to receive this treatment. Additionally, those who are pregnant should avoid undergoing any elective procedures at this point in time. Active smokers may also wish to quit smoking prior to their treatment in order to optimize the improvement of skin quality.
