Preparing For Your Appointment At The Clinic

Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your appointment:

  • 1. Schedule

    We want you to look and feel your best for an important event! To ensure the best results, please schedule all treatments at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we recommend that you wait 2 weeks after receiving your vaccine to book any aesthetic services or treatments. If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise that you wait to get cosmetic injections for the safety of you and your baby.

  • 2. Intake Forms

    Prior to your appointment, you'll be asked a few questions so that we can tailor our suggestions specifically for you. 

  • 3. Self-Care

    To minimize bruising, please avoid taking over-the-counter blood thinners such as Advil, aspirin, omega-3’s, vitamin E, and fish oils 1-2 days before your injections. On the same note, you should avoid drinking alcohol and green tea before your treatment(s). Please also arrive for your appointment with a clean face, free of make-up and wearing a mask (which can be removed when you arrive).


    On the day of your treatment, please practice self-care by avoiding extreme heat and vigorous exercise. We look forward to meeting you!
